Target System : A target system is a system or application that is part of an IDM system (Identity and Access Management) where user accounts containing identity , credentials, and privileges the user has to other system or applications are created. The account information is used by the user to login to the system or application. Updates to the target system is automated if it is connected to the IDM system using a connector (a piece of software), manual (fulfilled by technicians) if they are disconnected from the IDM system.
