Managing your IDHub Account in Website
Overview
This functionality helps logged in users to review there account in IDhub. From user account dashboard they can view their recent orders, manage their shipping and billing addresses, and edit password and account details.
What can you view?
After login you will be able to view and:
- Manage orders and subscriptions
- Review order & license information
- Renew subscription
- Cancel subscription
- Upgrade/ Downgrade subscription
- Download IDHub executable files
- Manage Address and Payment information
- Receive product updates,
- Marketing offers in IDHub
- Other product related information.
How do I enter my account information section from website?
Navigation
- Go to IDHub Website
- Observe Header section. There can be either of the 2 following options you are able to see:
- 'Hello - <username>' on Header of IDHub website page
- 'Login' on Header of IDHub website page
- If you see 'Hello - <username>' on Header of IDHub website page, then click on it to get redirected to Account Information section
- If is it not present in the header section you would need to click on 'Login' which will redirect to login page. To perform login follow the document here
Pages in Account Information Section?
A left menu will be present to help navigate you to various sections in the account information section after login. The options are:
- Dashboard
- Orders
- Subscriptions
- Downloads
- Addresses
- Payment Methods
- Account Details
- Logout
Can you provide me information on each pages?
Yes. The details of each pages and functions are as follows:
Dashboard
In this page:
- Option to Logout is present
- Option to redirect to Orders page is present
- Option to redirect to Addresses page is present
- Option to redirect to Account Details page is present
Orders
In this page:
- Option to view open orders and make payment present (if any order needs payment done which are failed in payments)
- Option to browse products will be present (Mandatory to be present when no orders are made)
Subscriptions
In this page:
- Option to view open subscriptions and renew subscription (if any subscription needs renewal, it is present)
- Option to browse products will be present (Mandatory to be present when no subscriptions are present)
Downloads
In this page:
- Option to download any product information or executable file is present (if any On-prem solution is purchased)
- Option to browse products will be present (Mandatory to be present when no downloads are prese)
Addresses
In this page:
- Option to Add billing address is present (If no address is present in billing address)
- Option to Edit billing address is present (If an address is present in billing address)
- Option to Add shipping address is present (If no address is present in shipping address)
- Option to Edit shipping address is present (If an address is present in shipping address)
Payment Methods
In this page:
- In case a payment is made, the payment mode is stored in the account information
- In case no payment was made, no methods found would be present
- In case no payment was made, option to add new method needs to be present as well
- Option to save Card information is present after information is added for the card
- Option to edit and remove card information present in case a method is added
Account Details
In this page:
- Option to edit account information which was entered while registration is present.
Logout
- Using this option you will be logout of the session and get redirected to IDHub website
How can I renew my subscription?
IDHub provides it's product offering as a subscription based model. Every product purchased has a 30 day trial period.
After 30 day completion, customers would have option to do the following:
- Renew Subscription
- Upgrade Subscription
- Downgrade Subscription
- Cancel Subscription
All the above operations can be done from the 'Subscriptions' Tab from within the account
Renewals
Steps to follow for Renewals is:
- Login to IDHub Website account from which IDHub was purchased
- Go to Subscriptions page from Account page by clicking on 'View'
- Upon entering the subscription page, you would need to click on 'Renew' to navigate to purchase page
- Enter payment related information in the page (In case a payment mode was saved earlier, you would be prompted to use the same information again)
Note: Currently we use Stripe payment mode only for IDHub purchases - Upon payment completion, you will be redirected to the subscription page again with update expiry date
- A confirmation for payment received mail would also be sent to the registered email address
Upgrade/ Downgrade
Steps to follow for upgrade/downgrade subscription is:
- Login to IDHub Website account from which IDHub was purchased
- Go to Subscriptions page from Account page by clicking on 'View'
- Upon entering the subscription page, you would need to click on 'Upgrade/Downgrade' to navigate to product page
- Choose number of users in the product that was purchased earlier, click on Add to Cart and 'Proceed to Checkout'
- Upon confirmation, you will be redirected to the subscription page again with updated product information and product expiry date
- A confirmation for plan change will be sent to the registered email address
Cancel
Steps to follow for cancel subscription is:
- Login to IDHub Website account from which IDHub was purchased
- Go to Subscriptions page from Account page by clicking on 'View'
- Upon entering the subscription page, you would need to click on 'Cancel'
- Upon confirmation, information will be updated in the product information and product expiry date
- A confirmation for subscription termination will be sent to the registered email address
How do I know that a Payment is made for IDHub product?
Payment is made from the 'Subscriptions' tab within the account. You can do the following things in t
A mail will be sent to your registered email address entered in Account details section while making payment. It will confirm the Order details and acknowledgement of receipt of the payment
