Manage Licenses

Overview

As an administrator, every purchase of license that gets bought from IDHub can be managed. This page would explain more about that.

How to enter the Licenses section in WooCommerce?

• Login to IDHub Website with WooCommerce Admin credentials.
  • See this page for more details on login
  • For becoming a WooCommerce Admin, view this page
• Post login, you would see the header is different from the end user login
• Click on the Sath IDHub link in header and click on Dashboard

• It will navigate you to wp-admin page
• Observe the left panel and click on 'Licenses'

What functionality can be performed in Licenses by an Admin?

An administrator can:

• View active/ inactive licenses of IDHub
• Redirect to Product page for editing information for a specific license - Click on any Software Product ID to redirect
• In case of any errors in licenses, respective Order can be redirected to and perform actions like Add New License, Delete existing license from Order page - Click on Order ID to redirect
