Overview

This functionality helps users to log themselves to IDHub website.

It is to be noted that this is not the guide to Login to IDHub application. For logging in IDHub, click here

Why is login to IDHub website required?

A user can do the following things after logging in:

  • Manage orders and subscriptions
  • Download IDHub executable files
  • Manage Address and Payment informations
  • Receive product updates,
  • Marketing offers in IDHub
  • Other product related information.

Can I buy IDHub product without login?

If anyone wishes to buy a product license (either On-prem or On-cloud), a login is NOT mandatory.

It is to be noted that a user gets automatically registered in our account after a new product is bought. They will be provided a login credential to enter into IDHub website after that

How to Login?

There are multiple ways of logging into the website

Below are the steps the user needs to follow

  • Go to IDHub website
  • Click on Login from the Header

After reaching Login screen, you can avail one of the many options mentioned below:

Method 1: Successful Login with entering credentials

If you have the login credentials with you, this is the easiest and fastest approach to login

  • Enter username in Email or Username textbox
  • Enter password
  • Click on Login
  • After successful validation, you will be logged in and redirected to IDHub website with logged in view

Method 2: Login with Google

  • In login page, click on 'Login with Google' button
  • You will be redirected to Google login page
    • Enter 'Email or phone'
    • Enter 'Password'
  • After successful validation, you will be logged in and redirected to IDHub website with logged in view

Method 3: Login for Internal Users

If you are an internal Sath user, you can do the following:

  • Click on 'Login for Internal Users' button
  • You will be redirected to Sath login page
  • Enter your company credentials
  • After successful validation, you will be logged in and redirected to IDHub website with logged in view

Method 4: Forgot Password

If you are not able to login via above methods, you can avail this method to login to IDHub

  • Click on Forgot password link

  • Enter valid email ID
  • You will be prompted that an email will be sent with further instructions
  • Link to change and confirm password needs to be added via information in the mail (that will be received in the registered email address)
  • After completion of above actions, you will be redirected to login page after successfully adding the new password

Other Information:

  • You can also avail 'Remember Me' feature via clicking on the checkbox in Login Page for auto-login in future with the same browser
  • If you wish to ' Register' yourself, click on Register button and follow instructions provided in this page
